Harmonize with the Holiday's
As the holiday season approaches, and with the new year just around the corner, we aim to promote healing, harmony, and meaningful connections with oneself and others. We encourage you to set goals, establish intentions, and embark on a journey of personal growth throughout 2024.
Here are some ways to be mindful of your goals and growth with a calm mind and heart!
Therapeutic Art provides an excellent means of exploring motivation and commitments. By creating art that reflects our goals, we can shift our perspective and make goal-setting a meaningful and calming experience. One such method is through the creation of Vision Boards, which involves the use of mixed media, words, and other artistic materials to evoke our aspirations and serve as a daily reminder to remain focused on the task at hand.
Altered Book
Creating an altered book is an excellent way to stimulate creativity while also promoting mindfulness through self-expression and goal setting. You can use any book or journal that you don't mind getting messy and embellish it with various media like markers, pens, colored pencils, and collages. This allows you to jot down phrases, words, or quotes that inspire you and bring your mindfulness vision to life.
Have you included self care into your routine?
An excellent way to help increase mental clarity and relieve stress is through exercise. Creating a routine around an activity that is fun and helps reduce stress need not be hard or unachievable. Start small and stay consistent. This is non scale goal.
